mickey thompson classic 2

I was looking at the mickey thompson classic 2 15x12s. What would be a good wheel that I could use off road and on road and get 35in tires on them and not worry about the tire coming off when i deflate it.

Thx in advace

15x12??? nooooo wayyyy, 15x8 would be the best if the 35s are 12.50" wide..if they are wider than 12.50" then do a 15x10...with a 15x12 on 12.50 wheels your gonna pop a bead everytime you hit a bump or lose a pound of air

definitely dont run a 15x12...

the absolute MAX would be a 15x10.

If it were me, i'd run 35x12.5x15's on a 15x8 wheel...and just so you know, you're gonna need to upgrade your axles and a bunch more to run the 35's correctly.

My friend just snapped his D44 rear over the weekend with 35's

well your front axle is a d30 unless you have a rubicon which has a d44 front...every wrangler ever made came with a d30 front except rubicons...your rear 44 will be fine with 35's but youll want to beef up that d30 a tad...37s might be pushing it im not sure about the 2012s though...4.5"s of lift on a JK is a big enough lift for 40s...you only need 2.5" of lift to fit 35s with plenty of room to flex. depending on what gear ratio you have you might want to regear with 35s but so far i have heard a lot of people say the new pentastar is fine on 35s and stock gears
