Mounting Tires/Rims at home

I'm curious just how hard is this? I see some people say its simple and others that its nearly impossible to get a 35 on a rim.

I'm bead balancing so balancing is part of the equation.

35x12.5r15 on cheap steel rims (used tires)

The big reason not to go to the shop is time and my trailer is 50 feet from the road and under a bunch of snow.
