New Owner - Wheel/Offset Advice please

I've found the wheels i want to purchase....American Outlaw Hollywood's. There are two offsets which supposedly fit the 18 Wrangler Sport.

The first is: 17 X 8.5 5-127.00 15 BKMTXX

The second is: 17 X 8.5 5-127.00 -10 BKMTXX

Can someone please help a brother out? Compare contrast both? Im looking for the wheel to be as flush to the fender as possible (I'd be good with it sticking out an inch or so but thats it). Perspective on which would be best for me?

Depends on the tire size you want to run. But the 15 offset on a 8.5" wheel puts your backspace around 5.35"ish. The -10 offset would be around 4.35" or so.

The larger the backspace number, the further under the fender the tire will be. That being said, a 315 or 12.5" wide tire would be really pushing it on the 5.35 backspace and would likely rub. Most shoot for a backspace of around 4.5" with wider tires. Not saying larger backspaces don't work, as many AEV wheels have 5.2" backspace. But between the 2 you mentioned, I would definitely go with the -10s if 35"+ tires were in my future.
