New tires, big difference!

I run 35x12.50x15's. I've been running Mickey Thompson MTZ's. I probably could have gotten another couple months out of them, but I replaced them today with 5 KO2's. I also replaced the steering stabilizer, since the old one was leaking.

It's like driving a new vehicle. Steering isn't nearly as vague, the TJ beast, Old Blue, doesn't want to dive off on ruts and bumps. Not sure whether to credit tires or stabilizer, but life is much better! The price tag was painful, but I'm sure pleased with the results!

Did you replace with the same size KO2's? Curious as to what they are measuring at under load and what PSI you are running. Plus you should share a pic!

Same size ko2. The height appears to be about the same but I'm not too hung up on the differences in 35 in tires. We end up debating fractions of an inch on the ground clearance

Apologies, I'm running 28 psi. Seems to be good, but the next time I air down, I might try 26 on the way back.

Can not go wrong with KO2's, but they are not cheap.

I couldn't agree more
KO2 are aggressive looking but ....... very quiet on the road
Love these tires on my JKU
