Newbie needing HELP with Wheel/Tire/Lift combination

Hey guys. I have ordered a 2016 Sahara Unlimited and am having the Mopar 2" lift kit installed. Question is, what wheel size and tire size will work giving it a bit wider stance without having to do any other modifications? Pictures and descriptions would be awesome. Thanks for the help in advance!

Really like the stance on my Jeep, and I have had zero problems. LRG 17x9 Rims, with Cooper STT 35" tires

No wheel spacers. 4.5" backspace on the rims (17x9)
Here is what it looks like from the back

Nice looking! I'm not planning on doing any rock crawling, just some rough terrain heading back to my cabin. Was thinking about 20" rims. I know people like to bash 20" rims. I just like the looks. BUT, I'm not certain on my choice yet. Definitely like the looks of yours! Thanks for posting!

Then you would like my Daughter's setup. Just did this a week ago, same lift as mine, 20" Dropstar rims with Cooper STT Pro Tires (Highly Recommend these tires);

20 inch wheels? first, what tires will you be using? 35's will have issues with a 2.0 lift, and 20's won't look good with 33's wheels IMO. But then again, I am a newbie as well~ I wanted to go 20's but man was I bashed for it, lol~

Curious, have you been to the trails with those 20's? Many guys frawn upon 20's wanted 20's but I think I'm gonna stay 18's... More tire, more meat and more cushion for ride comfort...

We will be taking it out to the Tillimook Forest Trails. And as far as ride comfort goes, not sure where you are getting your information? I have 17" rims, hers are 20", I actually think hers rides better than mine. And with those aggressive super heavy duty tires, I doubt she would ever have any problems on a trail.

Of course her driving pattern is 95% town, 5% trail.

It is your Jeep, build it how you want.

Agreed! Build it how you want it. It's your money. I have a vision of how I want mine to look and I'm going after it! Let us know how the trails go in your daughter's ride!

I am doing a 2.5" rough country lift and then doing 20x10's with 35's I know people say what they want and thats fine, I have always bought what I like and have never worried about what other thought. LOL
I say if you want 20's buy them if you want 14's buy them. Once I get this all done I will post before and after photos.
The new bumpers and winch showed up Friday but to busy to put them on yet and heading to Barrett-Jackson Tuesday so if will be a few weeks.
You can also go to youtube and look at photos of jeep on 33's and 35's Take your time and don't get in a hurry, you will find what you want.

This is my 12 year old daughters Jeep, she picked it all out (Color, Interior and options) I just ordered what she wanted. I would have went with Black or Red. The wife drives it as her winter car for the next 3 years, her summer car is a Camero SS convertible. I remove the top and doors for summer fun for the kids.
