Question about rubbing tires

I just bought a 2006 Rubicon. It has 285 75 R16's on it and they are rubbing the tortion bars. I would like to keep running this tire, what would be the easiest fix for this or should I change to a 265.

New wheels or washers on the steering stops.

Couple of washers behind the steering stops and you will be fine.
