Questions about wheels and 35s fitment (and selling stock JK Rubi wheels/tires)stock

Hey all, used the search function and couldn't really find anything that answered my questions.

Wifey bought me Bushwacker flat fenders for Christmas, so now I'm looking at going up to 35s and getting new Tires. Here's what I'd like to go with:

Level 8 Strike 5 custom wheels in the Brighton Area - Discount Tire/America's Tire

Just want to make sure the offset and everything is right there. Going to go with 315/70x17 Duratracs (technically not quite 35", I know) for the tire (sacrilege on a Rubi, I know, but most of my fun is in snow and sand, rather than in mud or on rocks).

So basically, an easy summary so it's not tl;dr:

(1) Will there be a fitment issue going with those wheels/tires and the Bushwhacker fenders?
(2) Will I need to make other mods to ensure that these fit before I get my lift?
(3) What's the best way to go about selling my stockers? Thinking of going ebay with a link to the auction on my local craigslist.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same size DTs on 17x9 MT Classic 2s. Also have the bushwhacked flares for Xmas from my wife. You will need at least a 2.5 budget boost to clear them. I have the TF BB with shocks and it works well.

Craigslist is probably easiest place to sell them. Sold mine in 1 day on CL.

Thanks, MD. Bummer on needing the 2.5" BB, I think I only have 4" or so of clearance with my garage door now, so 2-1/2" BB + an extra 1-1/4" or so from the tires' difference in radius might put me dangerously close, particularly when it starts to snow and accumulate in our alley.

I might have to rethink things here. I'd read articles that said you can fit 35s with the Bushwackers and the stock setup. Maybe I'll just have to go with 1" pucks or something like that and pray.

Thanks again for your response.

If you aren't going offload you might be able to get away with it but I'd hate for you to find out the hard way.
