should i?

i was thinking about painting the stock rims on my TJ charcoal or black

what do you guys think of that look?

should i do it or just leave them the way they are?

Which rims are they? I painted my canyons graphite and can show you some of those pictures if you'd like.

well i got a 99 sahara so which ever rims come with a sahara.

did you sand them all the way to the aluminum or just thrue the clear coat to the paint?

Did a quick fix for my spare, I used flat black camo paint. I also used this paint on a friends stock nissan rims thats his DD and its holding up very nicely. No need to sand all the way down, Just scuff it up enough so the paint will stick.

looks nice n rugged but your in FL where im at the salt in the winter just eats your car alive! lol so idk how well itd hold up for me

Should be able to get this stuff at any auto parts store or home improvement store.

But yea the mean streets of Florida.... well they arent so mean lol. Only thing I have to deal with is the salt in the air which is nothing compared to the amount of salt on the roads up north.

haha yep exactly i bet your car stays mint bc you have no salt lol up here a little bit of snow falls and they think they need to put 5lbs of salt on every inch of the road!
