Stock YJ tire fitment

Hey guys, I'm almost done a 2 year rebuild on my 94 Wrangler. It's basically a stock rebuild so I can use it as a daily driver. My current daily driver is my 2005 Expedition which only has 78,000 original miles. The Expedition has been a great truck and my plan is to let my teenage daughter drive the Expedition occasionally while I use my Wrangler to go back and forth to work. This way I still keep the Expedition for family use and to tow my 69 Camaro. And because I love driving my Wrangler, I get to use it daily.

So I'm at the point where I'm done all the body and suspension repairs and I'm ready to buy tires. I went all stock with my Jeep's suspension. I only drive 9 miles to work but honestly, I don't need a lifted Jeep to be bounced around like mad. I've had lifted Jeeps in the past and while they're cool as Hell I'm just not looking for that type of vehicle.

So my question is this: how large of a tire can I fit on stock YJ wheels without encountering any clearance issues? I'm a big fan of the Cooper Discoverer AT3 tires and I'd like to use them.

I bought a 95 Wrangler brand new when I got out of the Marines and I seem to remember putting 30" tires on that without any rubbing but it's been a lot of years.

Any help is appreciated.

Yep a 30x9.5x15 is the biggest without issues for no lift.

What are you planning on for wheels?
I have two sets of alloys.
A set of five factory turbines with the original center caps and a set of four aftermarket bullet holes. The latter have more than stock offset and would exceed the width of stock flares. The tires on those are old 30x9.5x15.
