Tire + Lift + Axle Question

I have a 2015 JKU.
I read somewhere that it's not recommended to put 35" tires on the axles of the JKU with a 2" or more lift, but that the Rubicon would be better suited.

This kind of threw me off a bit. I'm all about building my JKU. But, now I'm realizing if this is the case maybe I should have just gone with the Rubi in the first place.

So I'm turning to you guys. I have a 2015 JKU. I'd like to run a Mopar 2" lift with bigger tires. Is there anything else I need to take into consideration. This is my daily but I want to build it to be able to be taken off road as well.

Really appreciate your feedback and info.

the axle housing strength is the same on rubicon and non rubicon (sans the recon edition) The one reason the rubicon is more suited for 35's is because it can be had with 4.10 (standard on 6 speed and optional on auto).

Thanks.

So I'd be okay to do that setup and then upgrade axles down the road later for more serious off-roading?
