Tires

I've got a 2010 jeep 2 door with a rough country 3 1/4 inch lift. I'm looking to get 35's under it and wanting to keep the stock 17 inch rims. Is this possible??

Yes. Your stock wheels are 6.25" backspace, you'll need to order spacers/adapters to get your backspace closer to 4.5". Don't cheap out here.

Something like this:
Alloy USA 11304 - Alloy USA 1.75" Wheel Spacers for 05-16 Jeep® Commander XK, Grand Cherokee WK, Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

Good luck!

How wide of a tire can I fit on the stock rim? 12.50?

Most 35x12.5 tires recommend a width of 8.5"-10" for your wheel. Your stock wheel is 7.5" wide. BUT personally I think it's just fine, I would do it.
Hope that helps.
