Unique 297's the same as Cragar soft 8's ??

anyone know if the Unique 297's are the same thing as Cragar Soft 8 397's?

Look identical to me.

They look pretty damn close, although I think the Cragars are cheaper if you are just buying the wheels.

I can't find the soft 8's for less in a 16x8...... 15's are cheaper...

I just talked to my local discount tire and he said one company owned the other and they were identical wheels. For 5 and swapping for tires over mount and balance is $519 out the door
