What am I seeing when I take my hub caps off....

Noob post... I've seen some videos on the Tube about hubcentric rings. I have Fuel Octane 17inch wheels and according to their website, the bore is 78.10 and the OD on the JK hub is 71.5 from my reading through these forums. With that in mind, I expected to see a gap bigger than what I'm seeing when I took the Fuel hub caps off this afternoon. Can anyone explain to me what I'm seeing? Pics below. Thanks!

Calling the dealership tomorrow as they installed the wheels and tires 2 weeks after I got the JK. I've learned about hubcentric vs. lug centric over the past week and decided to have a look today. I was surprised to see that there is no gap. I'm just trying to make out where the ring is, if there is one there.

JK.... but I have read in various forums about some guys running rings and some not and haven't heard any horror stories. I'm just curious. I don't see the gaps like I see here.... https://youtu.be/D3dl3XTl3FY?t=1m4s
