Wheel size

I plan on running 35" Duratracs on my new Rubicon JKU. At this point I am going with a 3.5" lift. What size wheel is suggested and what backspacing. I seen wheels that come in 15" 16" and 17".

Its really up to you but If you think you will want to run a tire larger than 35" in the future choose a 16 ot 17" wheel. There isn't a very good selection of tires larger than 35" for 15" wheels.

When you are searching for wheels look for a wheel with a 4.5" BS (or close to it). This will give you some room if you, again, decide to go larger than a 35 in the future.

Common 4.5" backspace wheels listed by offset =

17x9 -12mm offset
17x8.5 -6mm offset

16x8.5 -6mm offset
