Wheel size on 1990 wrangler

Hi all,I have 1990 wrangler, I live in Spain and have 15" rims (stock) in Spain you are only allowed 10% above stock sizes.
Does anyone know what stock options jeep supplied then? and now?
They will fail a inspection if not acceptable. They also are very unhelpful in telling you what you can fit.
Thanks for help.

My 1994 had 15x8 factory steel wheels when I bought it. Tires were P215x75R15's.

15in rims are perfect on a Jeep.. but you can also run 16in rims without much issue. 17's are find but you should be running 38's if your gonna go that big of a rim IMO.. Jeep rims have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern.. Depending on what size tire you want to run will influence how much back spacing your rims will need

This is for a 1990 Wrangler, there were 3 different sizes offered that year.
