which backspacing

I am trying to choose between two 16x8 wheels, one with 4 1/4" bs and one with 5" bs. The tires will be either Grabber at2's or duratrac's 285/75R16. (32.8"x11.2") The jeep is stock. I would prefer the tires not stick out a lot past the fenders. Which wheel would be better as far as backspacing?

5" bs will be tucked in more then 4.25' by 3/4". I am running 4.5" bs and 285/75-16's and they are slightly outside the flares.

I went with the black rock D type series 942 with 4.25 backspacing. Reason, jadmt's wheels were not sticking out far at all so I figured I'd be okay with just another 1/4". And the 3/4" more away from the body on the inside would help avoid potential rubbing.
