Will these wheels work on TJR?

Black Rock Wheels 909B580540 - Black Rock Series 909 Type D Alloy Wheel in Matte Black for Jeep® Vehicles with 5x4.5 Bolt Pattern - Quadratec

I got some KO2s 265/75/16, for my rubicon with moab wheels. Moab wheels have 5" BS. and are 16". I had to get E load as they don't offer C load.

I love the tire, but see they offer a C load tire in same dimensions for a 17" wheel. I'd love to change up the look and get some black wheels. Is there any reason the Black Rock 909 wheel won't work well with my jeep?

Currently with the moab rims, I'm getting some rub on the arms when I lock the wheel. The black rocks have 4.5" BS, am I correct thinking that it will help elimintate that rub.
