will they fit ?

I have a stock 1997 jeep wrangler with 30 x 9.50 x 15 tires on it, A friend just upgraded tires and gave me his 31 x 10.50 x 15 tires. I do a lot of mud driving but not extreme off roading. will these tires fit or will they hit ?

My 31's never rubbed.... It just depends on the wheel your putting it on and the actual width of the tire. Not all 10.5's are created equal. But, as mentioned 5 minutes and 2-4 washers and you're golden...

Hey...Thanks for that advice!! Where do you put the washers, and what kind? I just put 31x10.5x15's on and it only rubs on a hard/tight turn. I would rather fix the problem than worry whether or not my new tires are getting damaged. Thanks again...

Matt

Google search "jeep wrangler steering stop adjustment" should be the first pop up.
