Thinking of 275/65/18 DuraTrac...

That tire would be roughly 32x10.8. Judging by your avatar, you have a Sahara which comes stock with 32x10 tires. Since the tire is only marginally wider than stock and no taller, you shouldn't have a problem fitting them. As long as your wheels are appropriately backspaced, you shouldn't have any problems, other than a much lighter wallet due to the cost of 18" wheels and tires!
