Wrangler uneven rear wheel after lift

Hi, I've only recently bought a jeep and it was already fitted with a 2" lift, I put 2" spacers on top of this and now the rear lift hand wheel hangs out a lot more than the others. I've read through forums but everyone seems to have this issue with the front not the back. Will a wheel allignment fix this or do I need to buy something? I can get anything put in by a friend who is a mechanic I just need to know what to buy, thanks.

From what I understand, becasue you've lifted it more than 2 inches or so, the geometry is thrown off and can be resolved by installing and adjustable track bar. I'm sure someone else here who has these can chime in. But I recall reading about that very issue the other day.
Good luck.

Like ^^ said, you will need an adjustable track bar to recenter your axle. An alternative would be a new trackbar bracket. You should also notice that the front axle has shifted to the opposite side as the rear. Trackbar would be needed to correct the front as well.
