Jeep Sahara with hard top is now 1 year old and from day 1 was plagued with passenger side water leak running down the forward door gasket. Since this was a warranty I asked that after 6 failed attempts I asked that my dealer get Chrysler involved. They did and replaced every rubber gasket on the Jeep forward of the center pillar. The warranty claim was $2300 +/- but I have no leaks. It appears that have redesigned several of the body joint neoprene gaskets. I have read that many have the problem. Morale to this story...be consistent and non threatening. They really want to fix the problems but sometimes the techs need expert help from the people who engineered them.

I have the exact same issue with my 2015 JKUR .. getting ready to take it back to the dealership for the second time. Any tips on recommendations for the techs? I've been searching for a solution to recommend to them, to avoid taking this back 15 times.

I did forget to mention, they have so far replaced the rubber seals around the passenger side door and the freedom top panels. No luck with that.
