2016 Black Bear JK

I am going to apologize now.....Newbie to the site and just got my new JK about a month ago...I have been ALL OVER the internet and still can't decide what to do. I know this has been beaten into the ground and Im sorry.
My experience wrenching is mostly in the Diesel world. I am coming from a 2015 2500 Duramax w 35" Cooper ST MAXX on 20" XD's

My question is this....Installing Teraflex leveling kit this weekend. Already have the Warn bumper and neon 10 winch.

Want to keep stock 17" black Jeep rims ( Black Bear Edition Rims) but can't for the life of me figure out the right tire combination to get the best overall ride, look stance for this JK...Any advice guys PLEASE.

Stock tires are 245/75/17 Wranglers

Im looking at the Nitto Terra G2
Cooper St MAXX
BF KO2's

Hey Congrats on the Jeep!!

Im in the same boat, we just picked up a 2016 Rubicon HR and I want to keep the wheels.

If you go bigger, you need to do spacers or lift or both.

The KO2 have great reviews and one of the lighter tires. They have a size of 34x10.5R17, but don't come right to 34 when mounted, they are actually 33.5 before mounting
...And you might get by without spacers ...MIGHT.

Other wise, 285/70s are around 33s and 315/70s are around 35s.

Hey JKU.12 thanks ! I know about the 4 year long thread discussing this, but there is SO much info there its actually confusing.
I don't want spacers, but I'm leveling it out.

The nitto terra g2's are great daily driver tires and can hand decent trails as long as you aren't sidewalling them.

I second that, nice jeep. Wish the sport model came with an option to get black stocks instead of silver ones.

My 2015 JKUS did. With the 245 Dueler AT's. IIRC, $995 option. The only option that came on mine.

Just bought a 2016 sport and the seller never mentioned anything about an option to get black stocks.

If you add 1.5 inch wheel spacers you can run 285/70/17 without any rubbing

What did you end up going with, tire wise? I just got the same one and am in the exact situation you are. Read so many threads I'm more confused than when I started. Thanks
