4x4 noise wtf?!?!

Hey everyone I have a 08 jk 4.5inch lift on 36's, 4.88 gears and just recently I get a grinding sound when in 4 hi. Need to get this problem fixed ASAP any ideas on what it is and what to do about it. I drive my jeep like a jeep and can't have this problem.

It's only makes a noise when it's under load. When I'm giving it gas and torquing on it. I just got it re geared about 1000 km ago so i hope it's not gears. But it was doing it before I put gears in it

See if you can make a video (with sound) and post it. Easier to determine a noise if we can hear it.
