AEV Procal or Flashpaq issues with dealers

Just curious as to if anybody has had an problems with the dealers and warranty work on the JK's when using either of these 2 devices. The AEV Procal or the Superchips Flashpaq?

I've not had any problems with the dealer and my Procal, they are well aware that I have one, but it doesn't affect engine tuning and that's what they are most strict about.

I had a Predator tuner on my 300C and that's where they get huffy because you're actually tuning the engine and they are not fond of that. I would just put the stock tune back on when visiting the dealer.
