Anybody here have the Sirius Radio?

My 2017 Wrangler has a Sirius radio. The screen button's don't seem to be working. I am assuming this is a touch screen radio since there are buttons on the the screen. They just don't do anything when touched.

I noticed if I go to the "menu" page, I see an icon that says "screen off." Is it possible I just need to press something somewhere to activate the screen?

I don't have the manual, so if anyone knows how to set up these radios please advise

If it's the factory radio in the 2017 take it in, it's still under warranty.

Screen off looks like this.

I壇 try pulling fuse for the radio maybe. (Or disconnect battery for a bit).

If that fails replace it. This radio is mediocre at best.

The head units are garbage. Tak it in to have it replaced and if you are like me... will have them replace it two more times.

- First unit had horrible reception
- Second unit was really dim and fuzzy, plus the manual nor auto dimmer didn't not work
- Third the Sirius Unit ID did not work (apparently it was not a "new unit" as it had been installed, registered and taken back out of another vehicle and put back in to "new unit" stock.
- Fourth unit has been trouble free for about 10k miles.

I was just wondering if there was some trick or something I was overlooking to activate it. But apparently, it’s just broke. No worries. I’ll just get something better

Are you out of warranty? I doubt it, so why not bring it to the dealer instead of replacing it? Make it on their dime.
If for whatever reason you still want to replace it at least you will have a working unit to sell.
I love both the 730n systems I have and had. I had button issues on the first in my 08 Rubicon, but it was 8 years old and from Texas, not a good environment for the touch screen topless. I had the screen replaced by and it was sweet.
The one in my 12 operates flawlessly.
