So we know the formula for the circumference of a circle? C=2*pi*r where pi=3.14 and r is the radius which is half of the diameter. A little algebra and hey you have the diameter.

You are wanting the length around the roll bar and padding, correct? so you know how long to tie your cord to wrap around the roll bar?

11=2*3.14*r

11=6.28r

r=11/6.28

r=1.75

d=2r

d=2*1.75

d=3.5

It has been a long time since I last took a maths class (we're counting in decades), how close did I get?
