Bad Harmonic Balancer (Crank Pulley)?

Has anyone here replaced a HARMONIC BALANCER on their 2012+ JK or can tell me tell me signs of a bad one? Went mudding not to long ago, had fun as per usual, and when I got back I noticed I have a light "shhhhhhhhhh" sound. Very low pitched, not like air coming from a cracked hose. So I did some investigating and found out the decibal, not pitch, gets louder with RPM. I looked around the front of the engine, checked intake and vacuum hoses, nothing. Then started checking pulleys. Figured I had a dirty bearing or something. Well discovered that my HARMONIC BALANCER has a slight wobble to it and from what I can tell is the source of the sound (either that it's something else on the bottom of the engine). On my adventure I did hit some deep water and the BALANCER would've definitely been submerged. Could be a dirty belt. What do you fellers think out there? Can be hard to describe sounds in text.

I had a Chevy 6.5 Diesel that sure looked like balancer was wobbling until I rode a straight edge on it and there was zero vibration or wobble just an illusion it was wobbling. Don't hear much about balancers on these JK's...

Does Fluid Dampr even make a replacement harmonic balancer? THose used to be desired on other makes

Do you have a clutch? Did you take some water into the MT by shifting in the deep water?
