Bestop NX weather seals?

Anyone know where to get replacement foam for the Bestop NX?
The Mopar kit is good for some parts, but it does not have the foam for the b-pillar area of the rear door surround. The Mopar Leak Manual shows this foam as part of the 68003655AB kit. I have the kit. That foam is NOT in the kit.
Maybe the Bestop rep can assist on this one.

I'm looking for the same, I need the foam seals in the corners of the door surrounds. I'm talking about the black spongy stuff not the gray firmer foam.

Had a post in the soft top thread but no replies. I'm going to try to find something similar at Home Depot.

I'm not exactly sure which foam you are referring too (I assume front corners), but this kit might have what you need...
MOPAR 68026937AB - MOPAR® Hardtop Foam Blocker Seal Kit for 11-16 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

Says it's for hardtop, but the soft top kit costs way more and has parts you probably don't need.

Yeah that's the stuff but I'm not paying $35 plus shipping for some foam pieces. I don't have any leaks it's just that the stuff is rolling up and not sticking too well in a few spots.

The problem with looking at Home Depot or Lowes is the standard foam tape at those as well as Ace are too narrow and you have to piece it together. If you want to make your own you need at lease 2 1/2" wide foam tape. I have yet to find it. Let me know if you do. I'd certainly make my own.

Found the stuff Mopar uses... in bulk...
New Nitto Denko 1 8" x 4 3 4" x 75' High Performance Adhesive Foam | eBay
now to find a smaller quantity

Update... Made a lower offer and he took it. Need some? I have 75" of it coming.

That looks like the stuff they use in the 2 little strips at the corners of the header.

Thanks for the offer, I appreciate it. I may hit you up for a piece or two once I put my Trektop NX back on if I need it. I'm a few months away though. I haven't looked at it since December.

I'm looking for this stuff, it's a lot thinner and much more porous.

The second pic is what I'm talking about, the rolled up foam. Actually that pic is from a thread you started. Did you get any help from Bestop?

I remember the thread and the pic. They were never really any help with why it rolls up or how to stop it. They did send me some foam pieces, albeit the wrong piece.
That part that's rolled is the one of those 4 sort of in the middle of this pic...

Odd shape and at least 1 1/4 - 1 1/2" wide needed for cut out.

Let me know if you need a few feet. I certainly do not need 75' but maybe some other NX owners will need some so I can recoup the cost a bit.

Yeah those 4 are the pieces I'm looking for. It's weird, the ones on my hardtop and freedom panels are in great shape but the ones on the door surrounds for the NX are all rolled up and falling off but they appear to be the same material.

Let me know when you get that foam in and if it works for you, thanks for the help.

Mine roll up on both the hardtop and the NX.
I'll shoot you a PM when it arrives. Should be mid to end of this week.

BTW, my latest attempt at a fix has been to put a strip of Gorilla tape along the trailing edge so the door seal rubs along the tape before getting to the foam, thus keeping the foam from rolling up. It has worked so far for the fronts.

Problemo.... the 4 3/4" wide foam is perforated ever 1". I emailed the seller as the description did not mention this. I hope he can get some w/o the perforations.

I am returning the foam from ebay for full refund including shipping.
I contacted Nitto directly and they are sending me a "sample" of the exact foam Mopar uses for the majority of the pieces in the hard top kit. It will be enough for me, but not enough to sell off the extra.
The ebay seller is checking to see if he has/ can get more of the stuff being sent as a sample.
Nitto does not sell direct but here is a place that "might" sell direct to us.
EE1010, Closed Cell EPDM Foam, Permacel/Nitto Denko America, adhesive tape datasheet

The product is Nitto Denko EE1010L

I know this is an old post but I saw it and thought I would answer it. I just chatted with Bestop and asked where I could purchase these seals and they told me they sell them but they are not shown on the website. You have to call their customer service and request a set. I was told they run about $6 plus shipping per kit and they sell the door surround kit and the header kit.
