Agreed. All the press releases show the things. Since it wasn't on my build list their wasn't much the dealer was willing to do. However we did make arrangements with them to unlock the backup camera at no charge so that made the wifey happy

I hope you're not going to leave it at that. Obviously your dealer isn't stepping up to the plate... time to get on the horn to the higher ups at Jeep. Your BB should have those rails... period. It's part of what makes a Black Bear a Black Bear. Seriously... I'd be in a very unhappy mood if I were you.

+1
The rails look great and you should have them. They are standard for the BBE package.

None of the Wranglers that come with the Mopar slush (tire track) mats, includes the matching cargo mat. None.

I think you got lucky. The cargo mat isn't part of the slush mat package.

I'd rather be lucky than good. I didn't get grab handles though.

Scott also told me that if the dealer didn't want to give them to me that I should purchase them and Jeep would reimburse me.
Thanks for the info! I will call tomorrow

I called. The first employee wouldn't include the grab handles. If that happens have your ticket escalated. Eventually I had to walk through the supervisor on Jeeps website showing the black bear with grab handles. They agreed to have me buy the grab handles and they'd reimburse me. Good luck!

Scott was really helpful when I called. I was also having problems signing up for the Jeep Wave program and he called me back two or three times to help me get that straightened out. The Wave program gives certain 2016 Jeep purchasers four free oil changes and tire rotations over two years.

I've already gotten the grab bars added on through jeep.com.

Not sure I'll be able to get a cargo slush mat too. Would you happen to have the name or contact info of who you spoke to?

Thanks

My Jeep.com chat was with Shawn. He arranged everything for me to get the Mopar cargo slush mat from my dealer. The dealership was reimbursed by FCA for the cost of the mat and I picked it up the next day since they had it in stock. My case reference number was CAIR#: 28577932.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Do we get a free Jeep Wave membership? I bought mine in November last year and it's a 2016 Wrangler BBE. Thanks!

Black Bear Availablity?

Is the BBE still available? My dealer was unable to find the Quick Order Package 24A Black Bear. I really want this package and none exist within 500 miles with the options I want.

Thank you.

Yeah, got the confirmation via Twitter @JeepCares today. That really sucks...I was ready to pull the trigger. You are right on the value...probably why they pulled it. Ha!

"Build and Price" is currently down and my dealer cannot order anything right now...maybe new packages coming...I hope.

Guys, I currently own a white black bear and almost traded it in for a Sahara due to the fact that I hate cleaning the plastic flares. Long story short, I found some white oem flares off a rubicon and I located the topo map for 100.00 at SUPDEC out of Europe I hope it looks good.

FYI I'm jealous of you black bear owners, as i will be ordering my jeep in the next month. and really like the black bear build online.

The dealership did tell me that there was no "switch" to lock the rear (like the rubicon) so is it just an advanced LSD? that was available? *tru-lok

There are still Black Bears on dealer lots. One 5 minutes from me. Just check inventory on Jeep.com and expand search to 250+ miles
