Can Safari straps be left on under the hard top?

I was wondering if you can do that.

I keep mine on all the time, but with a soft top, really don't see why not with your hard top.

I don't see why you couldn't. The hard top doesn't touch the roll bars at all, so I don't see an issue.

Just took this pic for you guys, they stay on just fine, you have to remove the tailgate bar though.

Daggo66 has a set of these. My recollection is that the "real" Safari Straps can stay on, some of the others (like Smittybilt) use the rails that the soft top windows attach to so they'd have to come off to put the soft top on. Not sure about the hard top.
