just installed my 4inch lift but now my traction control will not turn on and i have very limited right turn??? could this be due to not droping the pitman arm?

What parts came in your kit , sounds like a bad kit since it uses a drop pitman

Is anything hitting when you turn or you cant turn the wheel enough to make a turn , the reason I ask is I am thinking your axle is off center or your drag link is not dialed in right

[QUOTE=Jaker jk;16787714]What parts came in your kit , sounds like a bad kit since it uses a drop pitman

parts came in the kit-Coil springs, front adjustable track bar ,Cam washers,Rear extended sway bar links, A rear track bar relocation system, 2" bump stop extensions
Brake line relocation brackets, front and rear shocks

"cant turn the wheel enough to make a turn" she turns left fine but only about 1/4 turn right.

it was a zone kit. no pitman arm came with. just was offered up to me as a possible cause. I'm thinking its due to the drag link having not been set. I had this installed at a shop as i work 14hrs a day and have no tools down here. they suggested that they pull the pitman and "move it over a spline or two?

Run. Don't walk away from that shop.

Look to adjust the drag link.

Adjustable trackbars front and rear, adjustable Control arms ( front ), raised trackbar bracket on axle. Don't do drop pitman arm.
Is the steering wheel not centered , ie traction control on.

Holy shit, dude. Either get your money back or bring a lawn chair and sit there watching him google how stupid that suggestion was and fix it correctly.

Then never go back there, and warn others away.

I did go there this morning and show him what he needed to do. I stayed and helped him fix it. The right way. Adjusted the drag link now all is good. Traction control working and can turn both ways.
