I have the cleaner on order, but his results look great.

I use Turtle Wax's F21 Spray On Wheel Cleaner to clean the fenders. It really works.

I replaced those PITA textured black fenders with a painted set. Problem solved.

My newly painted fenders are a breeze to clean with a hose

I gave up on it. Just turned into too much work to just dirty them again. Eventually the sun fades them and kinda fades the stains too. I used to use Mother Back to Black but it took some elbow grease and time to do all 4.

I use one some dashboard vinyl cleaner and it works like a charm after the main dirt is off. It takes one of the more oilier versions to work well.

A few people locally have used Wipe New (found in the as seen on TV section of most big stores). I have not personally tried it but from what I have seen, it does appear to work with minor effort. Some have said it even helps prevent some future staining, but again, I have yet to personally test this.
