Cooper Discoverer STTs in Snow

I'm not in the video (since I was shooting it...) nor the Grand that came with us and was right behind me; the Hemi-Powered Grand got some serious air going up this hump.

I'm still very happy with the Coopers; I didn't expect them to grip so well in the snow. I gotta say that they did the best in the bunch in the deep stuff and just as well as the Duratracs in the lighter stuff.

But on the other mountain, the tail was snow and ice. It was pretty nasty as we went up and had to turn around eventually. The drifts were up to the windshield and even the biggest V8s in the group were struggling. We tried ramming through the drifts but almost lost a Hundy off the side of the mountain.
It was remarkably beautiful up there though.

Thanks for sharing Bill. Don't those guys ever learn which line to take? I would think the LR would have remembered from last time.

Different Rover.
The only guy that's the same from last time was in one of the Toyotas.

That's a snotty piece of road though. How'd you like the line that the diesel Toyota took? That thing is open at both ends and had worn tires.

I had STT's on my YJ and loved 'em, they will most likely replace my stock BFG's when it's time.

The only problem that I ever had w/the Cooper's was on shale.
