Does any one have there jk plumbed for propane stove,

I see a Jeep in downtown Tulsa, looked like a small bottle of propane on a plate serewed to his hard top?
Had a table mounted to interior tail gate, big single burner stove
Looked like he was set up for overland jeepin.
I'm exploring this myself ? Can someone post some pics

I have seen a propane tank holder that you can mount to a hardtop without the need for a roof rack. I don't remember the brand off hand but a quick search on YouTube should bring you plenty of videos on it.

Not nearly as dangerous as the tank of gasoline underneath you. If something happens that will damage a propane cylinder you have bigger problems.

The jk I saw had the tank on the outside rear back corner, regulator line looked like it ran thru a grommet to the inside- wished I could have gotten a pic but I was in the crosswalk with a group of friends - only got to see it as it made a right hand turn in front of us

No, it far more dangerous. That's why there are restrictions on propane in some tunnels but not for gasoline.

I believe it is federally illegal to carry a propane tank in an enclosed vessel like you vehicle.

Propane powered vehicles do it every day. The tanks are usually located in the trunk

true, I am not sure where I read or saw it or even thought it but for some reason I thought it.
