Door surround seal alternative

So we've lost the passenger side seal at the front of the door surround, and we're in the process of losing the driver side. As far as I know you have to buy the whole foam tape kit at $120+ to get replacement seals. I was thinking about maybe plasti-dip or flexseal. Any opinions? I tried camper seal but it won't stay stuck

Just ordered the foam surround kit for Morris 4x4 and used the code USA50 from the survey I did for them. knocked the price down to $79.99. That's still a lot, but I get to replace all of the foam seals.

Where is your JKU leaking? Mine is between the drivers side front and rear. We had rain last night and my seat was soaked.

It's not leaking water. I'm missing the seal between the passenger door surround and the header of the soft top. Don't have water coming in, just lots of wind noise
