Tuffy security enclosure was a must have for me. I also installed a backup camera and can't live without it now.

You will be suprised what and out of the box base Wrangler can do without any modifications, bolt on or otherwise.

I do think lockable storage is a good idea.

Just another Billet Silver Metallic. It blends.

That kind of list can vary extensively.
For me it was:
2.5" Teraflex Coil Lift
Teraflex Exhaust spacers
315/70/17 Duratracs (Best Tire IMO)

Don't sacrifice on the important suspension parts. If done right you'll never know you spent the money correctly. Do it wrong and you might as well have flushed the cash.
2012 JKU Rubicon / 2.5" Teraflex Spring Lift / 315/70/17 Duratracs on 17x9 ATX Artillery / Rockhard Front Bumper / Warn M8000 Winch / Expedition One Rear Bumper / Rockhard Evap Relocation / AFE Cat Back Exhaust

First think I did was add a pair of ACE rock sliders. Not only do they offer protection, they double very well as a step for my wife and 7yo.

After looking under my jeep, I was thinking the steering stabilizer should be moved with a relocation kit.
