First post & bumper request

This is my first post in the forum after having been a member for a while. I have read all of the bumper threads and have been shopping for a front bumper for some time. In fact I started shopping for a 2010 Sahara front bumper but ended up trading that jeep in for a 2012 before I got a decision made.

Here is my wants list of what the bumper:
1. Winch mount that is set inside or very low
2. D-ring mounts - solid ones
3. A stubby is prefered but mid width is also ok
4. Would love if it could accept the factory fog lights
5. Needs to fit a 2012 jkur
6. Needs to be able to have a front skid plate added in later to protect e-disconnects.
7. Stinger or at minimum a bull bar with the ability to add lights.
8. Welding isn't an option for me so it has to bolt on

Brand doesn't matter and I prefer function over form.

Any thoughts on what fits my needs would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a pic to see what it would attach to...and everyone loves pictures.

I think this RR XHD meets all your criteria. Instead of the stubbies, you can install a mid-width or full-width instead. You can also install a stinger in place of the bull bar. I don't have the RR front skid plate, but it's available. The bumper and accessories such as the stinger/bull bar and ends are all bolt on and easy to install.

My new Q-tech winch will hopefully be here and installed this time next week.

I have seen the rugged ridge but after have some of their other products rust on me I am a bit iffy on their products.

Anyone with a rugged ridge in a salt winter road climate who has had it for more than 1 winter? How has it held up?

As for the mega front bumper thread, I have read and re read it more times than I can think, but nothing really stood out to match my needs.

Alas, you're doomed to die without a cool bumper, then. Your sole legacy will be the chintzy plastic abomination that graced your Jeep on the day you drove it off the lot. The history books will ignore you and your own kin will have your name expunged from the family tree.

On a positive note, you'll leave $500-$1,000 extra in your bank account.

I have been living with that doomed existence for 3 years and the $1000 isn't helping me with my cool factor as no one can see my bank account.
