What are the syptoms of bad front ujoints? Had the 2010 jeep i just bought at the dealer for a recall and they did one of there inspections and told me i have leaking transmission lines and my front ujoints are binding.

You will have to explain that a little better. The (axle) ujoints will quite naturally feel like they're binding on extreme left/right turns. Every 1/2 revolution on an extreme left/right turn will produce a feeling lik the steering wheel BADLY wants to straighten out... this is normal.... so I guess the question is how badly are they binding and are there problems when the wheel is straight?
when turning left or right (or both) you turn you will feel a jerking motion in the steering wheel. Yes that is from experience. Oh and if you still have your 5 year/100k or 60k warranty left its covered!
Yeah... that's normal for Ujoints so I'm not sure if that's what the op is referring to.
