Full flex + evap = problem

Well I finally got a chance to flex out my Jeep after my new shocks and discovered a issue. A recommendation for relocation of the evap canister.

Thumbs up evap move

Glad I moved mine! Don't have a picture of it but it puts it above the rear axle.

One thing they didn't mention in the instructions, and may not be necessary, is to flip the valve assembly (white plastic box) 180 degrees.
Most kits mount the evap canister upside down. There were guys posting about getting error codes with the relocation on the newer JKs.
With the valve flipped over, I've not had a code... yet... knock on wood.

I had the same problem. The dealer actually replaced my driveshaft under warranty. I then installed a Poison Spyder evap skid. Problem solved.

those look like the teraflex stops that i run... hmm shit, i'd better have a look under my rig and see if anything is going on. if this is occurring even with bumpstops, in theory would this not occur to stock jeeps all the time??

Did that fix it? I had the same problem I just installed the poison spider evep on mine. It looks a little narrower and tighter up to the body but I have not flexed yet. I rebuilt my driveshaft replacing the rubber boot just hoping it does not rub again.

Yup, I installed a RR Evap Skid and modified it along with the stock skid to move it over.

Wasn't a problem for me until I went to the 3.5 - 5 shocks then when I was flexed it rubbed. All Things Considered you can just relocate the stock one over and don't need to buy anything.
