Gun racks?

Has anyone come up with an ingenious solution?
I'm considering building my own dog barrier so I can mount a rack to it.

My dad purchased this one at the end of season last year. Wasn't happy with what he had. Seems as if this one might do the trick, but it is still not perfect.

Click on "Make a Great Day purchase NOW" then "Find A Dealer" on the link from Shooter235 and pick your preferred vendor.

FWIW, Extreme Terrain has them, cost is about $180.

Thanks for the ideas.
Almost wish I could swap the A/C for an old-school flat metal dash.

I'm honestly not sure what he paid for it, but he seems happy with the purchase. I'm guessing I'll find out soon since I'll be looking to pick one up myself before hunting season.
