hands free on 2010 sport unlimited

I'm looking at purchasing a 2010 unlimited sport. I love everything about it but it doesn't have hands free calling from what I can tell. It has a stock radio but it doesn't have the "talking head" icon on the radio. So that made me believe that it doesn't have hands free. Sales guy wasn't very helpful with this. anyhow, would the only way I could make this jeep hands free is with a new radio either jeeps or another brand?

You can go aftermarket or if you want to keep the factory radio you can install this.

I went with an alternate solution that is working well. I got:
Kinivo BTC455 Bluetooth Hands-Free Car Kit for Cars with Aux Input Jack (3.5 mm) - Support... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JK0G8KC..._9d6mwbDP8KG52

I had to get an inline ground filter to take care of the whine but now it's great.

I have the Kinivo as well. Installed it this week and absolutely love it. While the handsfree does work pretty well, don't expect for folks to be able to hear you clearly with the top off at hwy speeds. As the post above mentions, get the ground noise filter as well. You'll thank us later.

The thing that sets this device apart from the competition is that it automatically connects each time you turn on the vehicle. Other devices require you to hit a few buttons to sync.
