Hardtop Question?

Can you stand up the hardtop with rear glass facing the ground? I will lay a blanket down so nothing gets scratched......Will glass break? Has anyone tried this?

The best top storage cart does this, but there is no pressure on the glass. I'd either tie or tape the glass so it wouldn't open, then put down two 2x4s on either side of the glass. so the glass is off the floor.

I wouldn't risk putting the hard top down unsupported and without the rear window secured closed. I just bought the rolling storage dolly and the rear window securing bar. About $200 for the two - well worth it to know that the top will be properly position, supported and easily mobile to push out of the way. Now I just have to wait for my Supertop NX soft top to get itself out of backorder so I can finally change out my tops!

Well, I did just as you want to do right now. No harm to anything on a nice soft blanket, while I was waiting on my Mopar storage unit posed below.
