They are completely useless in wet snow and icing conditions. My next set will be heated!
Thank you so much for that answer - that's about all I need to know, in New England "heavy and wet" is the norm :-)

Just finished doing my lighting upgrade. After much research, I went with the Mopar LED kit and JW Speaker 6145 J2 fogs. Amazing performance!

I think I'm swinging back toward the KC Highlights 42302 (H4 headlight conversion), I'm not sure how much I like the circuit board/maze look of the heated LEDs -and- the H4 would give me a boost over stock w/o breaking the bank and snow/ice build up wouldn't be an issue.

The other thing I'm looking at is upgrading the fogs, been doing a lot of reading and I actually like the look of these Rugged Ridge square 11232.28 -
https://www.morris4x4center.com/rugg...-11232-28.html

I just cannot seem to find out if they are road legal - I drive w/just my fogs on quite a bit for early morning visibility but I don't want to be "that guy" - well, girl. The manufacturer talks about lighting up the trails and I know that my 2016 Creme Puff is not ever going to be lighting up the Rubicon Trail :-)

Thanks WaltA... I switched out my to these LED's and then picked up one of these OBD II then downloaded Jscan. I had an old set of LED's (4 yrs old) that where fan driven so I upgraded to fanless with a lower lumen and warmer light (lower glare). I ditched the canbus adapters (one was faulty) and now have less stuff to jam in behind the light.

These lights had to be adjusted (remove holder screws 2) took 2 seconds to adjust. They connected with stock connectors - snug and locked. The lights are much sharper and the warmer light gives me more contrast.

Very happy with the new Sealights and the Jscan has a bunch of neat adjustments which I can now program using the app!

@603BruinsFan - I'm 60kms (or 37 miles) north of Toronto and even with our snow I don't get much build up [btw - I use Carpro Hydo2 - an SiO2 coating that you spray and wipe on the Jeep - helps reduce build up]. I tried the KC Highlights kit you are looking at before switching to LEDs to try and save some $'s... they're not much better than stock so I gave them away and went to LED's. Ended up paying big $'s considering I bought the KC's and they (sucked), then LEDs in the long run.

My old LED's were 8000 lumens and 6500K - likely 1st gen. Too bright, too white and the LED chip placement made the light pattern very difuse. One started to give me issues (flickering + off and on) The new LED's are MUCH better (better technology, better price!).

JScan did not work with my MOPAR LEDs. They still flickered with the quad led option active.

Final observation on the oEdRo headlights I purchased. These were the ones where the high/bright beam was actually brighter, but lower than the low/dim beam. No I did not have them mounted upside down :-) After months of pictures and explanation the issue oEdRo has closed my case in stating they had never seen this before so therefore it does not exist. As for the lights they did not function properly and I felt they were actually dangerous and thus they have been filed into the trash with the rest of the weekly garbage.

Your experience may differ but oEdRo makes a defective product and does not back it up with any sort of customer service what so ever. Best of luck to you.

With the ongoing ProComp light issue I might be back to looking for lights again. At least I have a lifetime warranty with the ProComps. Spending $500+ is not my plan.

Thanks for your review. I was considering getting some from OEDRO but based on your review, I can move on to another brand. Product issues are one thing, lack of customer support burns my a$$.
@OEDRO
