Hi, new here

Hi guys, new here. Just got a jeep jk unlimited. Thought I'd research the forums for mod ideas. I was thinking 35s on 18s with a 3.5 rubicon express sport lift. This is what everyone usually goes with right? I did want 20 inch rims, but I'm hearing more $, harder ride, harder to find tires down the road. Should tires matter, at or mud terrain? Which last longer on city driving? Well again hello everyone and any advice appreciated. I like to research b4 I drop $ on mods. Thanks

I think 18" is the largest you should go.

welcome to the JeepForum....as many opinions on those questions as there is for choices of mods....something for everyone.

You can have anything/everything you want on your Jeep....just not all at the same time.

As you use your Jeep more and learn what you want out of it more exactly, with research your answers will become more evident.

People's tastes and use change too along the way.

Good luck finding your New Hobby satisfying.

Not really. I think you'll see more 2.5" lifts than anything. As far as brand, everyone has their favorites. I'm a big AEV fan. Don't have one, but a big fan as the ride is really nice on and off the road. I have a cheap Rubicon Express spacer lift and wouldn't do it again (spacer lift that is).
