Hitch wires going from flat 4 to round 7 - help!!

OK, bought a new boat and the trailer needs the standard round 7 connector. I bought an adapter which uses the existing flat 4 connector for the lights and has 4 other wires:

Black: 12 volt supply
Blue: Electrical Brake
White: Ground
Yellow: Axillary

Obviously the black and white wires are a given.

Here is my question is - this boat trailer has a actuator that turns off the brakes when you put your vehicle in reverse. I am assuming that I can splice the wire to the reverse light at the back tail light. Which one is it - Yellow or Blue??

I assume blue is for an electric braking system. I'm thinking it is the yellow one.

Just to make this clear - if you have to back up and there is a hill this trailer will apply the brakes unless the reverse light comes on. Then it turns off the brakes. It is a new safety feature for when you unhitch the boat it will not roll off down a hill.

Anyone......anyone.....

Well, almost the king....

The diagram did not match my pin. I found this web site - noticed the graphic above is for the 7 way "round pin" connector and I needed the 7 way vehicle connector.

Good site for the information:

So to answer my question - the center pin is for the "reverse lights" - my adapter shows that color as "big yellow" where this web site shows the center as "purple."

So for my case - answer is yellow!!
