I love my Jeep

So after months of looking and contemplating this is my finished product! I put a 2.5" bb kit, high angle end caps, cooper discoverer st maxx tires 295/70r18 on my factory wheels, and 1.5" spacers. I must say the look is JUST right for me. Now I can't wait for it to heat up so I can go to the beach.

Nice!

You just gave me the final push to swap my JKUS tires for a set of 285/70R17!

I love my factory wheels so that was easy for me on the spacers. the tires on the other hand I could have pulled my teeth easier. then I had the hardest time finding a company with the size I wanted. the are on a nation wide back order. so are the toyo at2 in the 285/75 18 and 295/70 18

Nice looking JKU but....jeep builds are never finished man.

Just when you thought you were "done" some 280 page glossy 4x4 catalog will show up at your door.

Then your tax return comes back 1K bigger than expected... Well, you know what happens next.

Polars aren't allowed on the beach, only on snow covered tundras...hence the name!

The Horses have made a nice come back. I stayed about 12 miles up the beach last year and they were an everyday event because I took my two dogs.

Het BTW, you went "E load" how are you liking the 10 ply? Little stiff or not noticeable?

Same setup I went with on my 2014! I'm loving the tires so far, have had them since November. What PSI you running in the tires? I just got my Procal delivered today- going to reset my factory settings tonight.

Your Jeep looks great.

I had E-loads on my first Rubicon and my FjCruiser. I was curious how they did on our JKU's..... psi definately key. Too soft and the center of the tread cups in (concave) because the wall stays stiff.
Not like airing down a "C" load where the wall softens.

The shop that did my tires handed my jeep back to me with the tires at 44psi. I've been running them at 35psi and they seem to be about right. Full contact on pavement at 35psi.
