Issues with IronCrossAutomive Stubby Bumper

Hey everyone,

I want to start off by saying that I did purchase this bumper off of Amazon rather than going directly to Ironcross, mainly due to shipping cost. So far my dealings with the manufacturer have been great, (had some issues with delivered parts as well) but I'm starting to hit a wall.

I purchased the IronCross Automotive Jeep Stubby Bumper with Bar (GP-1200) and I'm running into some issues. I cannot get the fog light mounts to line up. It appears to me that the mounting bracket the was welded to the inside of the bumper was welded too high. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with this bumper and can help me figure out if there is something wrong with the bumper itself, or if I'm just missing something.

Also, it seems like the holes for the fog lights are a bit too small as well. I would assume that the fog light housing should be able to be made flush with the bumper, rather than not.

Thanks in advance!!
