Issues with quadratec?

Frist let me say this is not bashing them in the least they have bent over backwards to help me.
It seam to be that I am starting to have issues with things I bought from them. I bought the Q11500 pound winch only used it a few times for light pulling. After about a year on my Jeep the motor corroded to the point it wouldn't work. I was sent new silonoid and motor. The silonoid was wrong one but the motor was right. Replaced the motor and it was working again. But during the same time they offered me a new stealth 10000 pound winch at a discount so I ordered it and instead of putting the old repaired one on I out the new one on this was end of March beginning of April this year. Couple of weeks ago I was at the fire house and a police officer came in asking if we could help get a f 350 van out of a ditch. I took my Jeep to pull it out. I went to use the wireless remote and it didn't connect I followed instructions to try reconnect but not work. I was sent replacement remote and just got it in went to try and connect it and wouldn't connect. But both control worked wired. Called and was told will have to be sent new winch. This was the 2 ND time using this winch.
I ordered an oddsey battery and when I installed it found out it was bad was sent another one and it worked fine.
Ordered a bottle of zipper lube when I got it the bottle was almost empty with dry lube on the brush but still sealed in package. They sent new bottle.
I have the door step guard and obe ended up coming up they sent replacement set and few months another one came off. I just got 3m take and put it back.

Is it just me being unlucky or are others having issues as well? Like I said they have bent over backwards to help me but I don't want to keep ordering if I am going to have to replace the parts with in a year.

The way my winch is on my Jeep it is a pia to replace it. I have to take the entire bumper and grill apart. It is several hours of work so to me it is big deal. Please don't say I should have bought xxx brand instead because I bought the best I could afford. I am only looking to see if others are having similar issues.

In the end, Quadratec is a retailer. They aren't a direct manufacturer. While things like the zipper lube is a "whoever packed your shipment" problem, it sounds like a lot of this is manufacture defects.

(I know they're Quadratec branded winches, but Qtec doesn't manufacture them, themselves).

To me it sounds like you've just had a run of bad luck wtih them. I'm happy to hear they've been trying to make it right for you.
@Quadratec might be able to help you with your frustrations.

Like I said they have done everything they can to help. I get they can't control the manufacturer does.

I've never ordered anything from them that arrived broken, damaged, or inoperative.

You are right they are great customer service. I have ordered all my big Jeep parts from them and small parts from Amazon. They have done nothing but been great to me.
Like I say this isn't to bash them it is only to see if I have been having bad luck or if others are having similar issues. I don't want to be labeled as a problem customer but I also want to get what I pay for.

@Quadratec has always been great for me. I typically order over the phone, and while it may take longer to speak with a person, my orders are never messed up.

As to zipper lube.... Guys, get yourself a candle or some old fashion canning wax blocks, and rub them on the zipper; works great and will not dry out.

When did this start?

While you can always PM Hailey or Justin for a quote, I have never had an issue getting my forum discount over the phone.

I just recently got my forum discount on a set of LED headlights over the phone.

What the flock is zipper lube?
I thought it was like blinker fluid or something....
There's actually zipper lube?
How have I been taking a pee all these years without it?

Consider the lube "a must have" if you prefer a quick draw .

In all seriousness, I have been pleased with my dealings with Quadratec. I hope to have many more transactions, but other expenses have gotten in the way...I do have a wish list for when I am rich & famous, however.

Like I'm have said you guys have been nothing but great to me. It just seamed like lately I have had to do a lot of returning because things not working or stop working with little use.

I am wondering if I am just having a run of bad luck or if others are having the same issues maybe designs flaw or manufacturer issues or something different all together. And I get they can not control manufacturer.

It just seamed to be a lot lately. I don't want to be a problem customer

Quadratec sent me a replacement Fox shock for my MOPAR 2 in Lift when the shipped one was leaky in the crate. They went above and beyond and didnt make me wait for MOPAR to replace it which would have taken forever.
