Kicker Speaker, Amp, Sub Upgrades.

Hey guys! This is my first thread on here. First time JK owner came from a WK and purchased a brand new 2015 Willys Wheeler in October and I love this thing!!! First thing I did was upgrade the speakers to the Kickers and even purchased the Kicker amp to give them so more power!

Ok so here is the question I would like to add the Mopar Kicker Subwoofer to the truck and was wondering if this kit works with my current setup? Would be Mopar 77KCK052 or should I go with the Kicker hideaway? Looking to add a little bass to the system nothing crazy have done that before and don't want to loose all my truck space. Which is why I kinda like the Kicker Hideaway since its small and can mount under the front seat. Let me know what you guys are running. Thanks

Which head unit do you have? Which Kicker amp did you get? Was the amp tough install? I'm trying to figure out the best way to upgrade the entire stereo system.

I'm about to order 4 of the Kicker 77Kick10s plus I want an amp and sub, too. I would like to replace the head unit as well (I have the stock 130) but don't know which one to get at this point.

I just put 4 77kick10s into my 2015 tonight, and I don't think I'd buy an amplifier for that setup - but I have a 730n, so I'm not sure how the 130 compares as far as its built in amplifier goes.

You'd need an amp for the subwoofer though, no idea where to go there.. and an external amp does give you (possibly?) more flexibility as far as equalizing the sound goes, and that might be a good thing.
