KO2's (265/75r16) on stock wheels?

So I just got back from ordering a set of BF Goodrich KO2's (265/75r16) for my bone stock 2007 JKU X. Will I experience any problems mounting them on my 16" alloys? First post, so sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I'm running 275/70/17 KO's on stock aluminum wheels on my 2015 JK 2-dr. They are very quiet and the ride is great. I run the 265/75/16 KO's on my Tacoma as well. Great tire...

Is your suspension/lift stock? Any rubbing on or off road?

I was running the Teraflex leveling kit and had not issues at all. I recently upgraded to the Rancho 2" Sport lift with 5000X shocks and do not anticipate any issues (yet to be tested).
